Cable car rider captures dramatic mountain rescue attempt moments before deadly fall

A woman riding a cable car up to the top of Table Mountain, Cape Town, filmed a dramatic rescue attempt involving three abseilers who got into difficulty, shortly before two of them fell to their deaths.
