US stock markets are up in early afternoon trading, boosted by gains in healthcare and tech sectors. For the S&P 500, Microsoft and Facebook helped to bolster the technology index, which has gained 38-percent over the year. But overall the index is up almost 2-points, as a dip in the price of oil dragged down the S&P's energy sector. Also on Wall Street, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up almost 21-points, while the Nasdaq Composite is up almost 7-points.
