Netflix on Friday delivered a surprise New Year's treat for fans of the comedian: a second Chappelle stand-up special to air on Dec. 31 (and his fourth with the streamer overall).Netflix announced in November that it had signed a blockbuster deal with Chappelle to headline three stand-up specials.
