Kids With Water Balloon Launcher

This ones for Andy in Huntley...A bunch of kids go on the 8th floor balcony and launch water ballons at least a 1/4 mile in the air close to a guy walking his dog. They are so far away the guy cant even spot them shooting the balloons.
