Conservative Republicans are at the edge of their seat, waiting to see if the tax bill will be signed into law by President Donald Trump. Stephen Moore who works for Club for Growth, said: "This, if it passes, will be the single biggest policy triumph for conservatives since the 1996 welfare reform." Moore is one of the president's informal advisers that helped craft his tax plan.
