Hollywood could be reshaped if Disney's plans to acquire most of the assets of 21st Century Fox go through. The $52.4 billion deal would grant Disney the rights to the "Avatar" movies, X-Men and the rights to distribute the original "Star Wars" movies. The deal goes well-beyond movies though. It also includes Fox's 30% stake in Hulu, which would make Disney the majority owner of the streaming service. This would make Disney a huge competitor of Netflix.
