ARTIST : AZUMA Madoka / あずままどか

AZUMA Madoka is a singer-songwriter born in Tokunoshima, Kagoshima. In 2002, she started her music career with her acoustic guitar. Doing the opening act for KAWAMURA Ryuichi's national tour "Mahiru-no-Tsuki to Mayonaka-no-Taiyo" was her debut. In 2003, she sang "Reset," whose lyrics and original pictures were written and made by herself, for NHK's "Minna no Uta."
Energetically she has written music and lyrics for other artists, and she has performed and made music for the stage, and she has appeared on internet radio programs as a DJ. She shows a versatile talent for music, such as playing all of the instruments by herself and performing with a loop station.

鹿児島県徳之島出身。 2002年よりアコギ一本で活動をはじめ、河村隆一全国ツアー「真昼の月と真夜中の太陽」でオープニングアクトを務めデビュー。NHK「みんなのうた」で、歌と作詞と原画を手がける。
アーティストへの楽曲・詞の提供、舞台の音楽制作や出演、ネットラジオのDJなど精力的に活動。 全ての楽器を自らプレイしたり、ループマシーンを駆使した表現方法など、 マルチな才能を発揮。
