Pigeon shooting and roe stalking in Fife and Perthshire

Where's the best place to go for shooting in May? It has to be Scotland, espeically Fife and Perthshire. Not only do you have wonderful roebuck stalking/hunting in the early mornings and late evenings, you get to go pigeon shooting by day.
