Toronto Becomes Lyft's First International City

Starting Tuesday, Lyft made its services available in the Toronto area, making the Canadian city the ride-sharing app's first city outside the United States. Back in November Lyft first announced that it would start offering service in Toronto by the holidays, though it didn't specify an exact date at the time. But on Monday, Lyft announced it would go live in Toronto via its Twitter account, writing "Toronto, get ready for Lyft off on Tuesday, December 12 starting at 10:30 AM.
