1. Soya Chunks - 100 gm
2. Onion (Chopped) - 1 med. size
3. Ginger Garlic (Chopped) - 1 tbsp
4. Tomatoes (Chopped) - 2-3 pcs.
5. Capsicum (Chopped) - 1 med. size
6. Carrot (Chopped) - 1 small size
7. Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
8. Green Coriander Leaves- 1 tbsp
9. Chili (Chopped) - as required
10. Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
11. Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
12. Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
13. Salt - to taste
14. Egg - 1
14. Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
15. Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
16. Cooking Oil - to fry
