The footage, captured at a home in Madison County, Kentucky on November 28, shows the big sister gently touching her brother's face.

''Her baby brother was in the NICU for his first 4 days so she wasn't able to meet him,'' the father later wrote online.

''We brought him home without telling her.''

''Her reaction was priceless.,'' he added.
