All Your Paperwork's In The Cloud? No Worries--The Fourth Amendment Still Applies

Just because your 'papers' may be stored digitally doesn't mean the government can get around the Fourth Amendment.
According to RedState.com, the government must secure a warrant to inspect and/or seize digital property.
The primary rule on any digital record is – can you print it out?
If so, your digital record is a part of your Fourth Amendment-protected “papers.”
