The Hollywood Reporter snagged very few details about the project but confirmed Reynolds will be joining Justice Smith, who stars in the upcoming 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom' and Kathryn Newton from HBO's 'Big Little Lies.' Reynolds will be portraying detective Pikachu and sources said motion-capture will be used for the film.
