Thousands of people travel each year to New York City during the Holiday Season. Unfortunately, the iconic tourist activities that many participate in are often overcrowded. For instance, the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting is almost impossible to see up close just because of how many people attend the event. Since the tree is lit all season it is best to go afterwards. Ice skating in Bryant Park also becomes an inconvenience.
