The United Nations Security Council are set to meet on Dec. 15 to discuss North Korea's growing nuclear program. U.N. ministers will also meet another time this month to review human rights abuses in the country. China has previously attempted to prevent the annual human rights meeting. North Korea has rejected accusations of human rights abuses.
