Older folks are officially out of excuses because if the senior citizens in "Gardell's Hustlers On The Move" from Flint, Michigan can get up and dance, anyone can. One of RTM's awesome viewers, Mark L. Green, composed the song and music video "America Let's Exercise." The goal of getting people up and active has rarely been so groovy.
