Ingredients: 1/2 tsp Asafoetida 1 Carrot grated 1 Cup yellow boiled & half crushed corn 100g Paneer grated Mint leaves 1/2 Tsp garlic paste Salt to taste For dough- 1 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 tsp jeera 1 onion finely chopped 3-4 green chili finely chopped 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp chat masala 1/4 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp oil water as required
Method: - Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onions. - Add boiled and roughly grind corn along with grated carrots. - Add finely chopped green chilies, garam masala, chat masala, grated paneer, finely chopped mint leaves and salt to taste. - Allow the mixture to cool down completely. - Make a dough with wheat flour, water, salt, and oil. - Let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes. - Make a ball of the dough and roll it with the help of dry flour. - Stuff it with the corn mixture and roll the paratha. - On a hot pan, dry roast the paratha for a few seconds and later apply ghee on both sides. - Yummylicious Corn Paratha is ready to serve!
