‘Coco’ Beats 'Justice League' At Thanksgiving Box Office

Pixar's 'Coco' edge out 'Justice League' by a narrow margin among moviegoers on Thanksgiving. The animated film made $8.9 million compared to $8.4 million for “Justice League." “Coco,” which released on Wednesdayand is estimated to make around $70 to 75 million by Sunday’s end. 'Coco' was released amid bad publicity for Pixar as studio founder John Lasseter announced a leave of absence amid sexual misconduct allegations. Still, the family film has received positive reviews with a 95 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
