Driver blocks traffic to make way for elderly woman crossing road

Video from China of a driver stopping his car in between lanes to block traffic so that an elderly woman can cross the road.
In the CCTV footage, captured in Jinhua City in eastern Zhejiang Province on November 15, an elderly woman waits to traverse the zebra crossing but cars ignore her and refuse to stop.
A yellow car in a middle lane that has stopped for some time to allow her to cross suddenly changes lanes and stops in order to block cars from passing.
Finally, the woman is able to cross the road.
Police fined the seven drivers who didn't give way to the elderly man and deducted points from their license, according to local reports.
