Dan Biggar has stepped up in the absence Leigh Halfpenny to become Wales' main points scorer. He has amazing drop goal ability, he Scores tries, and has a brilliant place kick routine. Biggar continues to get better and looks certain to lead the Welsh scoring charge in 2016
