Dogs don't typically have anybody doing PR for them, but Legend the dog does. Roman may only be six, but he is doing a great job selling us on Legend. Jennifer McConn, Roman's mom, runs Project Freedom Ride which aims to rescue animals from kill shelters and finding them a home.
