President Trump speaks to the South Korean people in a strong speech that highlighted all the many successes that the Republic of Korea has had and in contrast all the horrible living conditions and failures that North Korea has had and still does. In this excerpt from his speech he talks about some of the horrors and tragic attacks that North Korea has perpetrated on our country and South Korea. He says his administration will not tolerate it anymore and gives North Korea a stern warning.
