Lebanon's prime minister Saad Hariri has officially resigned. Hariri quit in a televised speech from Saudi Arabia citing Iran's influence across the region and his fear of being assassinated. The news followed the release of documents linking Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda to Iran.
