Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal gets another shock, but this time from the Supreme Court. As SC made it clear to Delhi CM that Delhi's Lieutenant Governor or LG has primacy in the national capital under the Constitution, but also said that the top official cannot "sit over files" beyond a reasonable period and must refer to the President matters over which he has a difference of opinion with the Delhi government. In past days Arvind Kejriwal challenged the decision of High court that LG is the boss of National Capital.

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल को एक बार फिर एक बड़ा झटका लगा है. दरअसल अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने हाईकोर्ट के उपराज्यपाल को ही दिल्ली का बॉस बताने के फैसले को सुप्रीमकोर्ट में में चुनौती दी थी. जिसपर चीफ जस्टिस दीपक मिश्र की अध्यक्षता वाली पांच जजों की संविधान पीठ ने सुनवाई की और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री को यह साफ़ कर दिया की संविधान ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी के उपराज्यपाल को विशेषाधिकार दिए हैं, हालांकि कोर्ट ने यह भी साफ़ कर दिया की राज्यपाल सरकार के किसी फाइल को दबाकर नहीं बैठा सकते.
