Alleged New York terrorist spent a year planning attack

The main suspect in the New York truck rampage Sayfullo Saipov told investigators he started to plan the attack a year ago. Saipov said his intention was to kill as many people as possible and that he "felt good" about the attack, according to
media reports. The attack left eight people dead and 12 more injured, four of whom are in
critical condition.
