Police arrested a 58-year-old Berkeley man, Terry Hickson, on the morning of November 2 in connection to the 1989 unsolved murder of greyhound trainer Charles Skarratt.Hickson, also involved in the greyhound industry, is accused of the stabbing murder of the British-born Skarratt on December 22, 1989.Skarratt was found dead in his garage, bound and suffering from multiple stab wounds. He had been robbed of $25,000 from his wallet.Police attended Hickson’s home at about 7am and arrested him. He was charged with murder at the Oak Flats Police Station.
