Every year, millions of children are born on Halloween, but one baby born on October 31st this year might be a little bit more special. Oskar Gary Frankenstein was born on Halloween to Jessica and Kyle Frankenstein. “Honestly, I didn’t think he would hold out ’til Halloween.
