INGRIDENTS :
POMFRET FISH 2 PIECES
4 TO 5 TSP MALWANI MASALA
ONE LEMON
HALF TSP TURMERIC POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
OIL AS REQUIRED

METHOD :
CLEAN THE POMFRETS & DICE THEM AS SHOWN
MARINATE WITH SALT, TURMERIC POWDER & LEMON JUICE
KEEP IN THIS MARINATION FOR 10 MINS
AFTER 10 MINS
ADD MALWANI MASALA & MIX IT WELL
APPLY RICE FLOUR TO FISH PIECES
SHALLOW FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
FRY FROM BOTH THE SIDES
POMFRET FRY IS READY TO SERVE
