Met Office weather reporter Alex Deakin has given a spooky, headless bulletin to mark Halloween, during which he reported that “blood rain” will sweep across the UK.Deakin has form in delivering quirky forecasts, marking Valentine’s Day 2017 with a bulletin that included the name of 14 love songs.The Met Office shared a follow-up video showing Deakin appeared headless, with the help of a green screen and fellow weatherman Chris Page.
