ADNAN OKTAR: Our [Turkish] people consist of many communities. They are either a member of a community or a club. There is a community even in coffeehouses. There are mosque communities. Communities form the basis of Islam. Muslims are always in communities. Our Prophet (saas) says "God's mercy is upon the community." In fact, Islam is a religion based on communal living. It is not an individualistic religion. In Islam, everything is designed with community in mind.
KARTAL GÖKTAN: I seek refuge in God from satan; "Let there be a community among you who call to the good, and enjoin the right, and forbid the wrong."
ADNAN OKTAR: Indeed, Muslims are always in communities. God says in another verse of the Qur'an; "Be in ranks like well-built walls." What does God refer to? He refers to community. God says, "Do not separate and disperse among yourselves." What does He refer to here? He refers to the community.
BÜLENT SEZGİN: "Restrain yourself patiently with those who call on their Lord morning and evening, desiring His face."
ADNAN OKTAR: Indeed. For example, in the 4th verse of Surah, God says – I seek refuge in God from satan; "God loves those who fight in His Way in ranks like well-built walls." What does this refer to? This refers to the community. In his last sermon, the Messenger of God (saas) says the following from the minbar; "God's hand is always with the community." This is written in Al-Tirmidhi's al-Fitan. "God's hand is always with the community. "Satan acts in concert with those who oppose the community." In other words, the Prophet (saas) says that satan is in association with those who seek to separate the communities. Who says this? The Prophet (saas) says. "Separation will bring anguish to the community" says our Prophet (saas). This is written in Musnad. "God's hand is with the community. And satan is in concert with those who seek to separate the community. He is in concert with those who oppose the community." But here is the point that confuses some people. They say, "The dajjal has a community. So, Muslims should not have a community. Sufyan has a community. So, Muslims should not have a community." Does this make any sense? "Satan has a community." What you are going to do then? You will say, "So Muslims should not have a community." This is wrong. Satan has a community. So does Muslims.
EBRU ALTAN: God says in the verse of the Quran, I seek refuge in God from satan; "Those who are disbelievers are the friends and protectors of one another. If you do not act in this way," that is, if you do not help each other and become friends, "there will be turmoil in the land and great corruption."
ADNAN OKTAR: Indeed, again please.
EBRU ALTAN: I seek refuge in God from satan: "Those who are disbelievers are the friends and protectors of one another. If you do not act in this way, there will be turmoil in the land and great corruption," decrees God.
ADNAN OKTAR: Indeed. The Messenger of God (saas) says; "So I command you to stick with the group (Al- Jamã'ah), for indeed the wolf only eats (attacks) the solitary sheep." This is an authentic hadith written in Abu Dawud, Salad Chapter part 46. "So I command you to stick with the group (Al- Jamã'ah), for indeed the wolf only eats (attacks) the solitary sheep" says the Prophet (saas).
