This is a Role Play to what an ASMR Session in the future might be like with an ASMRtist, Head Massage, Face Massage & Brushing to the Face. Relaxation and Sleep is very important, these videos are intended to help relax you, help you to sleep and to help give you a general feeling of well being to your body. My Video can also reduce stress and anxiety.\r

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these areas. \r
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?\r
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.\r
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.\r

Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together\r

Almost anything can be a trigger for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours. \r

BACK GROUND AUDIO: There is some bird sounds from outside during the recording, a family of birds nested and were raised only 20ft away from this recording, during the recording the baby birds are in the tree out side. This is why i added some extra birds sound to compliment the already nature sounds from outside. (you will also hear some cars in the back ground, for this i am sorry)\r
