Religion based on the Quran is easy to practice

VTR: "Mr. Oktar, you always talk about the sufficiency of the Qur'an. My question is for you; "Why the Qur'an alone? How the Qur'an alone? I would be glad if you could answer my question."
ADNAN OKTAR: I used to be a fervent traditionalist Orthodox Muslims. I heard about the sufficiency of the Qur'an from several people. And I did find it reasonable at the time. They showed me the related verses, and they were quite clear. But it still troubled my conscious. I thought to myself; "What if I am defying the hadiths of our Prophet (saas)?" But then I realized that the Prophet (saas) is also obliged to abide by the Qur'an. In a contrary case, God firmly warns the Prophet (saas), saying, "Do not make your own additions to the Qur'an. Everything I say is already in the Qur'an." In other words God says, "There is no other Book but the Qur'an." I seek refuge in God from satan: "It [the Qur'an] is certainly a reminder to you and to your people and you will be questioned," says God. If what they say were true, God would say, "You will be questioned from the Qur'an, hadiths and other narrations from the Prophet." When a Muslim fully trusts in God, he will see that God's word is explicit. What does God say? "I will test you from the Qur'an." That is it. We are at ease. Looking at the Qur'an it is clear that when we act in accordance with the Qur'an, there will remain no schools such as the Hanafi, Hanbali, Maliki or Shafi'i, or no sects such as Wahhabi, Shiite or Sunni. All Muslims unite under a single ummah, community. Wonderful. What happens in the opposite case? Sedition and mischief. Therefore, when we fully abide by the Qur'an, the ummah will become a whole. And practicing religion will become easy. Everything will be easy. Performing prayers and ablution will be easy, so will life. Women will be free. Headscarf will no longer be an issue. Burqa will still be worn when necessary, but headscarf will no longer be worn. People will be able to go to beaches and listen to music to their hearts content. They will be able to wear silk and golden jewelry too. They will enjoy complete freedom. It will be a festive occasion. Otherwise, people would feel as if they are living in a nightmare.
