How to Cook Papdi (Sem) and aloo Ki Sabji, Very Simple and Delicious Recipe

Sem Aloo ki sabzi is a very simple side dish. Sem ki Phalli (Sem beans) are known as flat beans. These beans are delicious and nutritious. These beans have hard fibrous strings which are preferably removed before chopping. Some choose not to remove these strings as it provides fiber to the diet. Sem beans are usually chopped in small pieces and cooked with potatoes with very few spices, but still taste delicious. \r

INGREDIENTS:\r

500 gms Papdi (Sem ki Fhalli) \r
2 medium Potatos\r
2 medium Onions \r
2 medium Tomato\r
3-4 green Chilly\r
3-4 pods garlic\r
1 tsp red chilly powder\r
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder \r
1/2 tsp cumin Powder \r
1 tsp salt (or As Required)\r
2 tbsp oil\r
1 tsp coriander powder\r
1 tsp cumin seeds \r
1/2 tsp garam masala\r

Preparation \r
\r
Heat Oil in a Kadai (cooking Pot) and Add Cumin Seeds and saute 15 seconds then add Green Chilli and Potatoes,fry them 4-5 Minuits,after that add chopped Garlic and saute,cook another 3-4 Minuits.\r
Now add Sem Ki Phalli and mix it well with potatoes, keep the lid on and cook another 5 Minuits,after add all our dry spices and give it a good mix.\r
Add 1/5 Glass of water and let it cook until our beans are not well cooked.\r
Now add Garam Masala and off your stove. \r

Your Delicious Papdi ki Sabji is Ready enjoy with Parantha/ Nan / Chapati or Plain Rice.\r
