This project uses thousands upon thousands of painstakingly dotted, original sprites created specifically for this film.\r \r Only a handful (12) of sprites originally existed for the Dog before I intervened.\r \r Please forgive the dips in quality at times; this was my training piece, where I cut my teeth in the field of animation.\r \r Complaints about the story are warranted; this short film was not made in a linear fashion; The intro and ending are the newest footage while the middle is the oldest, with touch ups.\r \r Super Duck Hunt is essentially aof difficult animating challenges, presented to myself, with a further effort to seamlessly string it all together in an entertaining manner.\r \r The story was of course an after thought, but I am really pleased to see the negative reion to an unresolved premise from a few viewers, which tells me that those people became invested in the story initially presented, telling me that I did something right.\r \r There are pacing issues throughout that I am aware of, this seems to be my biggest problem when it comes to animation, I overestimate the patience of the viewer.\r \r PROJECT GOAL\r Create a grand pixelated Super Mario animation minus Mario using another infamous, exciting but under used retro gaming charer in his place. Create original sprite assets to accomplish this goal.\r \r ASSETS:\r GET THE SPRITES HERE:\r .\r \r DESCRIPTION:\r This animation is a nostalgic trip for those with fond NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) memories, with a booming 8bit Sound track to match!
