7 - Tools in Space!\r
During a spacewalk in November of 2008, astronaut Heide Piper was attempting to repair a jammed gear on a space station solar panel when she lost her grip the crafts tool bag. The 30-pound bag was filled to the brim with equipment, including grease guns, a scraper device, a couple sealant bags for debris and a plethora of other tools. The estimated cost of the lost cargo? 100,000 dollars! Several astronauts have since spotted the bag drifting aimlessly through space as it circles the Earth just beyond our orbit. Have a look for yourself if youre curious, with Spaceweather.coms satellite tracker. Though you may have to search for a while, turns out, theres just a whole bunch of space junk out there. \r

6 - Salmonella in Space!\r
In 2007, researchers from Arizona State University wanted to study the effects of space travel on disease, so, they sent a sample of salmonella into orbit for 12 days aboard the space shuttle Atlantis. The beria came back to Earth supercharged! Animal testing demonstrated that the strand of hostile beria was now three times more likely to be lethal for its host. No one knows why this reion generated such a volatile response, but it seems like good reason to ensure quality rations when travelling to space, because food poisoning in the outer limits can kill. \r

5 - Spatula in Space!\r
In 2006, while on a mission to test new space safety techniques, the crew onboard the Discovery soared through space to reach the international space station. Once there, a spatula worth nearly 1,800 euros was lost to the vacuum of space. Astronaut Piers Sellers was attempting to repair the space stations heat shield by spreading sealant onto broken parts, Sellers was using the spatula to spackle when he lost his grip and the kitchen tool floated off into space. Sellars returned to Earth, but the memory of the missing spatula still haunts him to this day. Hes quoted as saying, That was my favorite spatch. Dont tell the other spatulas.\r

4 - Spaceships in Space\r
This image of a shiny blue thingy is supposedly three spaceships which are headed for Earth. The spaceships are believed to come from Planet Gootan. Discovered by SETI Astrophysicist Craig Kasnov, these ships are thought to be around 100 kilometres in length, and several sources have made claims of Gootan aliens being extremely hostile. This was a big rumour which circulated the interwebs in new, however, it all proved to be just rumours. SETI has never heard of any astrophysicist by the name of Craig Kasnov and the only printings of this story were found in tabloids and fake news sites like The Onion. Sorry guys, guess that blue thingy in the sky may have only been dust on the lens or maybe a blue pencil eraser photoshopped onto a space-like background. Or, is that just what they want us to think?!\r

3 - Golf in Space!\r
During the Apollo 14 mission, astronaut Alan Shepard decided to have a round of golf on the Moon. Armed with a six-iron club the young astronaut place a golf ball on the planets surface and began swinging. After a few unsuccessful swings, Alan managed to drive one of the balls far into the beyond. Alen returned to Earth and donated the club to the US Golf Association, he later purchased a replica and gave it over to the National Air and Space Museum. But, the real question, is what ever came of that golf ball? \r

2 - Star Trek in Space! \r
These colourful images of star trek uniform symbols are ually a field of sand dunes on the surface of the red planet. Thats right, this image which NASA released in new, shows aof shapes which share a striking resemblance to the famous science fiction television show logo. These strange sand dunes were found near a large crater on Mars and have been tricking Trekkies ever since the photo was made public. Another interesting Star Trek in Space f, though Gene Roddenberry, star treks legendary creator passed away in 1991, a portion of his ashes were ually sent into space and dispersed to the stars in 1997. \r

1 - The Himiko Cloud\r
Its billed as the Giant Mystery Blob Discovered Near the Dawn of Time by space.com. And scientists maintain that the Himiko cloud is the most massive object ever found from the early universe, it dates back to 800 million years after the big bang. This space object is thought to be our best piece of evidence toward a primordial galaxy and gives scientists a glimpse of the early formation of galaxies. This humongous cloud is roughly half the size of our milky way galaxy. It looks like a giant blue blob, but its really a giant blue cloud of gas,
