It was a fun night making new friends! \r \r EASY KALUA PIG RECIPE: NEED: couple lbs of pork shoulder/butt, salt & Pepper, liquid smoke flavoring & 1 cup of water. \r RUB s&P all over pork shoulder, rub it in really well..tons of S&P. Put pork into the crockpot. Drop 3-5 drops of liquid smoke onto the pork & add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the crockpot. ROAST in crockpot for 6-8 hours. Ready when it falls apart and easy to shred! so yummy.
