As a review of this piano tutorial:\r
The lines of the treble clef are E, G, B, D. F; and the spaces F, A, C, E. The lines of the bass clef are G, B, D, F,A; and the spaces A, C, E, G. Depending on which line or space a note falls on tells you where to play that note on the piano. Identifying notes on the piano will allow you to move on to playing songs. Reading sheet music is necessary in understanding almost all of my later lessons, so it is recommended that you price note reading regularly. Price note reading here: . Make sure to use the settings to set which notes you want to price reading.\r
Every beginner piano student should know how to identify the keys on the piano. The piano key to the left of the group of two black keys is C, the notes in between the two black keys is D and the notes to the right is E. The key to the left of the group of three black keys is F, the one between the first two black keys is G, the next one up is A and finally B to the right of the three black keys.\r
