Amazon is hoping to reel in teens with a new account feature that allows them to purchase items from their parent's account. Teens will have their own account, which will be tied to their parent's, and be able to purchase items off Amazon.com and from Amazon services with their parents' credit card and Prime accounts. Parents will be able to set allowances and approve purchases on a case-by-case basis.
