Kristin Rhodes is a legend in the strongwoman community. The SoCal mother of three is a pioneer for the sport and has competed on just about every stage imaginable in her ten year career. I caught up with her after she won her seventh National Championship, and we chatted about how the sport has grown in the past ten years, which victory was he favorite, and what advice she'd give to young girls looking to get into strength sports.
