Comedian Ralphie May has passed away, according to his management company. May, 45, was found this morning at his home in LAs Vegas after suffering cardiac arrest. “Ralphie had been battling pneumonia and had cancelled a handful of dates over the last month in an effort to recover." May initially rose to fame after coming in second in 'Last Comic Standing' in 2003.
