Cartoon Network RSEE - New NEXT bumpers (November 19, 2016)

Starting this Saturday, CN RSEE has changed its Next bumpers entirely to 4.0 with no sign of 3.0 ones. There are a few 1.0 ECPs left and some shows seem to be missing an element and just have a regular ident instead.\r
