Toy Animation

As part of my moving image design degree I got to experiment with stop motion animation. The brief was to create an animation based on a proverb. My proverb was 'One man's meat is another man's poison'. My narrative was that a group of disfunctional toys approached a junkyard full of old toy parts and proceed to try on different pieces. The Action Man and Barbie characters realise they have found the correct parts for each other. They swap heads and drive off into the sunset. I bought a number of retro toys on ebay that were nostalgic of my childhood, most notably 'The Real Ghostbusters' & 'The Incredible Crash Dummies'.
