This video will show you how to achieve the perfect Chocolate Buttercream for piping cupcakes or frosting layer cakes.\r

Ingredients\r
• 1 ¾ cups powdered sugar, sifted\r
• ¼ cup t unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted\r
• ½ cup butter (1 stick or 100 gr) soft at room temperature\r
• 1 teaspoon vanilla\r
• 2-3 tablespoons milk (more or less)\r
\r
Directions\r
- In a medium bowl, sift together the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder. \r
- Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, cream the butter\r
- Add the sugar/cocoa mixture in several batches, mixing well after each addition\r
- Add the vanilla\r
- Add the milk in small amounts and mix until you get the correct consistency\r
- Place in a piping bag and pipe it over the cupcakes, or use to to frost cake layers\r
- And enjoy!\r
