The San Antonio Spurs coach lambasted Donald Trump in a 12-minute diatribe from the team's annual media day, joining the many team owners, executives, coaches and athletes who have denounced the president's comments regarding NBA and NFL players from Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry to former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
