The playful potentate discovers a unique way to enjoy his roller skates and even manages to take a tour of his own art museum. The Little King draws beards and mustaches on everything in sight. When he bumps into a fat Venus whom he mistakes for an elephant, he chases her until he can draw a mustache on her.
