How to Make Oreo Ice Cream Cake!

Chocolate Cake Recipe\r
Makes 5 layers in the Wilton cake pan set or two 9 chocolate cakes\r
\r
Ingredients\r
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour \r
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar \r
3/4 cup cocoa powder \r
2 teaspoons baking soda \r
1 teaspoon baking powder \r
2 eggs \r
1 cup strong black coffee (or 1 heaping tablespoon espresso powder dissolved in 1 cup water) \r
1 cup buttermilk \r
1/2 cup vegetable oil \r
1 tablespoon vanilla extr\r

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease pans with cooking spray.\r
In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. \r
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extr. \r
With the mixer on low, slowly pour wet ingredients into the dry. Beat until batter just comes together, then stir in the coffee. Batter will be liquidy.\r
Fill pans 3/4 full with the batter, then bake for 20-25 minutes.\r
