I wrote this Arctic animals song to teach English as a second language to preschool kids. I am an English teacher who loves using my own songs during classes with younger children. I would like to share this song with other English teachers from all over the world hoping that it will help them introduce animals leaving in the Polar Arctic Region to primary age students in a more interesting way.\r

Arctic Animals Song Lyrics:\r
Every time winter comes\r
And days are getting short\r
I remember the Arctic land\r
Somewhere in the North\r
At the pole its freezing cold\r
Therere neither flowers nor trees\r
Only icebergs made of ice and snow\r
Floating in the sea.\r
\r
Refrain:\r
Far away in the Arctic\r
On the top of the world\r
Miles and miles of frozen sea\r
The wind is bitter cold.\r
Far away in the Arctic\r
Northern Lights \r
Shining brightly in the sky\r
All through the night.\r
\r
This remote icy land \r
Is the home for noisy seals,\r
Reindeer and walruses\r
With tusks and chubby cheeks,\r
Small and hardy arctic foxes\r
With the warmest coat,\r
Strong and bold polar bears,\r
The rulers of the North.\r
\r
Refrain:\r
Far away in the Arctic\r
On the top of the world\r
Miles and miles of frozen sea\r
The wind is bitter cold.\r
Far away in the Arctic\r
Northern Lights \r
Shining brightly in the sky\r
All through the night.\r
