This is Vancouver, WA. Just off the Columbia River on the Oregon/Washington State Line and this place is the Vancouver Amtrak Station and behind me is BNSF Railway's Vancouver Terminal Yard where trains are formed and work here. In this clip we see Amtrak #14, the Coast Starlight make it's way into Vancouver after stopping for half hour in Portland.
