My son has started Mandarin in pre-school and I have a few Chinese learning apps on our iPad but heres one that is quite well designed and fun for my son so far.\r

Monki Chinese Class is developed by Monkimun SL and features a nice learning/writing approach where kids are presented with guided to unguided writing (strokes) and provided with well animated visuals of the meaning of the charers. What was additionally nice was the extended application of merging the words.\r

These are the few apps that help us encourage Chinese at home and in this day in age its always good for the kids to be bilingual or multilingual. \r
