Info from Licensor: "Video was filmed August 31st in the West Houston (Memorial area) post-Hurricane Harvey. In the previous day and morning, we set out for a day of rescue but at the time of this video, the neighborhood had already been evacuated. Myself as well as others were carrying out ferrying services for the victims allowing them to retrieve important documents, some clothes, and vital medications."
